5 Tips To Melt Body Fat.

Hey, I can see your confused and frustrated, its why you've ended up here. Let me help you and explain 5 simple tips on how you can lose body weight efficiently and get rid of it for good.

There are no secrets around losing body fat, but let me give you 5 tips that I have found most efficient with clients and myself.

1) Increase water intake - For males i recommend consuming a minimum of 4L water per day, with females consuming 3L per day. An efficient way is to purchase a 1.5L bottle of water from the supermarket. Aim to drink 2/3 of these bottles over the course of the day. I I do recommend having water intake higher in the morning and tapering down as the day goes on, so your not up all night going to the toilet. Fun fact - Water is a natural direct, the more you drink, the more your body will naturally flush out. A great way to drop water retention and look leaner. 2) Increase output - A 30 minute bodyweight workout a day usually wont cut it, if you spend the other 14 hours of the day sitting around. Steps are a super efficient way of increasing output, so alongside your home workouts, why don't you aim for 8-10k steps per day. 3) Ensure you are in a calorie deficit - Sounds obvious right? well are you tracking your food? if you don't know how many calories you're consuming, how do you know if your in a deficit. Underestimating food intake is a very common issue I see. If you want to know how to find out your maintenance, drop me a message and I can expand (too much to cover for this email). 4) Increase your metabolism - YES your metabolism can be increased. Do you have the "I struggle to lose fat because i have a slow metabolism" mentality. Well, here's the most efficient way of increasing your metabolism - BUILD MUSCLE. More muscle mass = faster metabolism, so lifting weights is a must for males and females. 5) Improve your sleep quality - Sleep quality doesn't have a direct effect on fat loss, but more of an indirect effect. If your poorly rested, you'll usually find stress/restlessness will be higher, in turn making it more likely to binge eat on sugary/high calorific foods. Aim for a minimum of 7-8 hours per night. If you're not losing weight/body fat then ensure all of the above is covered! If you need more help on any of these, then reach out. I'm here to help. Have an awesome one!
